El "Día Nacional del Leonismo Chileno" se celebra el 24 de abril de cada año, desde 2022¹². Esta fecha conmemora el aniversario de la fundación del primer club de leones en Chile, el Club de Leones de Santiago, en 1923¹². El objetivo de este día es reconocer la labor social y humanitaria que realizan los leones en el país y el mundo¹².
