El Día Oficial de la Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC) en Chile se celebra el **21 de agosto**, en recuerdo del primer vuelo realizado en el país, el 21 de agosto de 1910, por el francés César Copetta¹². La DGAC fue creada el 28 de marzo de 1930 por el Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez, y tiene como misión regular, fiscalizar y promover el desarrollo de la aviación civil en Chile²⁵. ¿Qué más te gustaría saber sobre este tema?
