Profesor de Educación Física. Jugador y Entrenador de Fútbol Profesional. Seleccionado Nacional de Chile en categorías juveniles y adulto, participando en torneos de relevancia a nivel latinoamericano y mundial. 

Ha ocupado diversos cargos deportivos, ejecutivos y directivos en ámbito privado y público, entre los que cuentan la dirección técnica en Colo Colo y Universidad Católica, Gerente Deportivo en ambos clubes en distintos períodos. También fue Director del Instituto Nacional del Deporte.

Gerente de Desarrollo y Gerente General de la Corporación Cultural y Deportiva La Araucana.

En el campo académico, Profesor y Director de Cursos de Postgrado en gestión y formación deportiva en el Instituto AIEP, y actualmente en la Universidad Finis Terrae.
